J: No way! Look at all the choices we have! In the long run, our videos are going to look awesome!
A: I just want them to look awesome, now!  
J: Look! I made you a cat. Ha,ha,ha,ha,ha… 
“In the long run” describes what will happen at the end after some time has passed. We often use the expression to talk about a result we want in the future. And that’s English in a Minute!
