According to the NHS, places like Swansea have seen a recent spike in injecting-related injuries, resulting in abscesses, open wounds and in some cases even amputations.

Following a number of individuals, this episode of Drugs Map of Britain explores the very stark reality of addiction and the physical and psychological fall-out years of injecting can cause.
