OVERHAULING OF BALLAST TANK ACTUATOR: Disconnected the actuator pipelines from system and removed actuator from existing position located in ballast tank. Transport to Wintech workshop at DMC. Dismantled, Inspected, and submitted the inspection report of the actuator. Overhauled the complete actuator with replacement of seals. Assembled and tested the actuator at Wintech workshop. Upon satisfactory testing, transported back to vessel and refitted the actuator to its original position and function tested.
