Creating safety to heal your mind.
Placing your hand over your heart center now and saying to yourself with feeling, I love you.
I accept you for all that you are. I love you unconditionally.
Preparing to welcome safety, to satisfy the mind.
Preparing to welcome and acknowledge safety in the first area.
Your immediate environment. Be aware of the chair that you sit on.
Be aware of how it feels, how it holds you, how safe and stable it is.
Be aware of the room that you find yourself in the space around you. How safe it is.
Allow yourself to be aware of any sounds that you hear around you, and know that you are safe.
Know that these sounds, do not present danger.
Need not interrupt your safety experience of your immediate environment, and allow your body to relax.
Feeling safety, acknowledging safety in your immediate environment, in the room, on the chair, in the place that you find yourself.
And allow your mind to experience this safety and allow your body to experience this safety too.
Now into the second area of safety that the mind requires to be satisfied. In order to channel your guardian angel, experiencing safety as you consider returning to your day.
Once this connection has been enjoyed, be present and feel safe in this experience, knowing that nothing will be forgotten,
Knowing that everything will be remembered, knowing that when you return to your day, you will have enhanced mental clarity.
That all tasks will be attended to more expeditiously, more swiftly, with less energy.
By allowing safety in this moment, say to yourself as you consider returning to your day, all is well.
When I return, all is well.
I'm saying to yourself, all is well.
All is well.
And now enjoying the third area of safety that your mind requires.
In order to heal the safety and familiarity with your guardian angel, allow yourself to feel love to remember, love to create love from inside of yourself, to feel a warmth, a lovingness, a fondness.
And open yourself to the idea, only the idea that your guardian angel is with you to help you to love you unconditionally, to love you infinitely to accept you.
For all that you are to help you in every possible way. And allow yourself to become open to the idea of your guardian. Angel's love for you.
And how safe being in control, being in the driving seat of this relationship feels how this will be a gentle process.
Your relationship with your guardian angel will unfold at a speed which is perfect for you.
No pushing, no rushing, no forcing, allowing pure love, the idea of love.
And now the fourth area of safety that the mind requires.
In order to heal the area of knowing that you are doing this right, know that you will learn a process.
Know that you will learn a technique.
Know that you will learn steps which will support your communication with your guardian angel.
You will learn a technique which you will follow, and which the mind will be satisfied by and through learning this technique and the automatic process, which it becomes the opening, the connection between your guardian angel is beautiful.
