An increase in attacks by Russian armed forces during March, April, and May caused extensive civilian casualties and significant damage to civilian property and infrastructure, according to a new report by the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) prepared by the United Nations Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine (HRMMU).
