This is a decent 7 inch touch display for the Raspberry pi 4 and Lattepanda Alpha with a working touch on Raspberry pi OS and Windows 10. This LCD is a plug-and-play LCD, with no driver needed for display and touch. This is an IPS display with 1024 X 600 pixels resolution, best for graphical works, for videos, and for browsing the web with accurate text visibility.

I found this LCD is an alternative to the original Waveshare 7 INCH display, but there is not any difference in picture quality and even this screen is cheap.
In case if you need the LCD code, install 7 inch LCD on raspberry pi 3 or older. Here is the config code for this display, just paste it in the bottom of the config.txt file.
