Start by taking your Brie (I used my favorite from @supremecheeseusa) and cut off the top rind. Let the brie sit for about 30 minutes to get to room temp. Generously sprinkle the top evenly with sugar. Using a culinary torch, torch the sugar until it’s browned. Don’t have a torch? No worries, pop it in the broiler for a similar result. Once complete, place on a board and serve with crackers/fruit and dig in! Sweet, creamy & savory. So good! 🤤🤤
