I love the Sonicmodell AR Wing Pro but after many hours of hard flying and crashing I have decided to build a new wing with as many enhancements as I think might help improve the plane in some way.

Here is Part 1 looking at balsa elevons, new aluminium control horns, laminating the wings and reinforcing the winglets.

This is not a definitive guide of how to do things, I am not an expert, just sharing my experiences and showing how certain ideas work out, or don't :-)
