If your Toshiba laptop computer is not turning on or if its freezing or shutting down during start-up, use this video to start troubleshooting. Ill help you perform a Static Discharge and then test your Battery & Adapter / Charger to see if they are the issue. If not, then we will move on to a BIOS Reset using the video link below. 1. One viewer said that they held down the 'D' key while trying to turn on with the power key and it worked! I have not tired that personally but please let me know if you have seen that :)
