More power saving, low moisture, less required area and long life, etc. The plastic film squeezing pelletizing machine has the advanced performance as following:
1, with die-face hot cutter. It can make the films be granules shape to reduce the volume for storage and transportation
2, lower moisture. It can dry the films continuously. The final moisture can be 1-3% from the 6-10% on squeezing dryer machine.
3, power saving from plastic pelletizing machine. Because of the squeezing pelletizing function, the agglomerator or cutting compactor is not required for films pre-processing before feeding. Therefore, it can save the big power consumption from the agglomerator or cutting compactor.

In the waste plastic film recycling industry, the washed films retain more than 30% water content as usual. With such high moisture content during the plastic recycling process, it would become inefficient and difficult to granulate the washed films with good quality.
The lower moisture, the higher quality and efficiency for pelletizing.
