Rosemary water and oil is literally the goat of all natural hair products, which is why it will be the main ingredient in my hydrating hair mist spray. This was my first time formulating anything so i may have made a few errors with measurements. Cooking the ingredients was actually very simple so i really do encourage you guys to make some at home to hydrate your locs properly.
