Welcome back! In this video Abram installs his FRONT sway bar kit from Whiteline!! LAYED IT all out on the table and started to uninstall the old thin and scrawny stock sway bar. very easy to uninstall. max the husky joined us and we GOT A NEW CAMERA GUY!! lol some mishaps definitely occurred!!!! instead of removing the exhaust i removed both tires to fit the sway bar in the correct position! I really did not want to uninstall the stock exhaust. its never been done before and I'm sure it would've brought on hell if we did! I really hate exhaust leaks!! we measured the old and new end links so they matched with stock height with a caliper to the best of my ability. We had a hard time installing the end links into the control arm with the colors in place! i ended up using a rubber mallet and some sockets. so install the end link on the sway bar first then hit it into place to line up on the control arm! i wasn't able to go full hard so i put the medium setting for daily driving. but still makes a huge difference. i can definitely do donuts now! before it would really roll around on turns! don't forget to put the lateral locks on! they are gold and look pretty flashy on the sway bar!!! grease your bushings and check after 100 miles to see if anything came loose or looks weird! good luck on your install! Kind of funny so tune in on this crazy install!!
TOOLS needed
12mm deep socket and ratcheting wrench for bushing brackets
13mm for new long bolt whiteline provides (brace)
14mm deep socket and ratcheting wrench for end links
17mm deep and ratcheting wrench
19mm for new flange nuts on end links!!
rubber mallet
flat head screwdriver!
CALIPER to get the sway bar links very close to stock height adjustment. very important for alignment later on down the road.
