One of the most problematic areas to get rid of for men is the love handles. For men, fat typically builds up around the belly and love handles. The first thing you need to do to lose the fat is clean up your nutrition first. After you clean up your nutrition habits, you can use these 3 exercises to help you lose your love handles.
Stop eating processed and fast foods. You also need to start eating in a caloric deficit if you want to lose fat. You need to make sure that you are eating enough protein, especially good quality protein. It boosts your metabolism and burns more calories, simply by eating protein. It also helps reduce appetite, which is crucial when eating in a caloric deficit. Good proteins are eggs, poultry, grass-fed beef, fish, and whey protein. You also want to eat plenty of healthy fats. Good sources are avocados, fatty fish, olive oil, nuts and seeds. Healthy fats help optimize hormones as well. You will also want to have good carbs. Carbs will fuel your intense workouts and help keep your testosterone levels elevated. Carbs like rice, potatoes, oatmeal, multigrains, and fruits. You also want to have more fiber like beans, nuts, veggies, and fruits.

Exercise #1: RUSSIAN TWISTS. You can do a basic twist where you keep your feet planted on the ground, or you can have your feet elevated for the entire movement. You can also use a dumbbell or medicine ball to add more difficulty to this exercise.
Exercise #2: SIDE PLANK DIP. Start in a traditional side plank position. Keep your opposite arm pinned to your side, drop your hips down then return to the start position. If you need to make it more difficult, you can raise your arm up above you to engage more stability and core muscles.
Exercise #3: SUITCASE CARRY. Similar to a farmer walk, except you are going to carry a weight in one hand at a time. This will help you engage your obliques, and will also strengthen your overall core.
