I was due to undertake an FTP Test last week, in order to reset my power zones ahead of the final block of training before The Struggle Dales on May 23rd. I was feeling a little jaded during the week so delayed to this week.

Today's vlog is part 1 of a 3 part mini-series this week, so show what I did in the build-up to the FTP test, covering cycling, strength training and nutrition. And indeed - the weather was bad, so the Wilier got a little outing on the rollers to simulate some longer hill climbs at tempo!
