Developing executives and teams, she lifts performance and peoples’ productivity. In spare time, she loves stand-up comedy, exploring the Malvern Hills and supports a mental health trust. In 2018, I was guest on a panel of Women in the Automotive Industry to attract and support more women into industry. I am, as of 2019 a guest lecturer of the military in leadership at Cranfield University based at the Defence Academy of the United Kingdom.
