Emotional Mastery – personalised coaching in how to successfully apply powerful emotional intelligence techniques for less stress, more peace of mind, freedom from emotional pressure and drama, healthy and joyous relationships, and a life lived with power and authenticity.
At Path of Yoga we place a high importance to our relationship to our Emotions. Lead Teacher James has spent many years studying closely with leading teachers including Max Strom and Prem Baba. Working on how unresolved emotional issues and trauma during our formative years can result in compulsive behaviours, unhelpful tendencies and limiting beliefs. The good news is that these patterns are absolutely reversible. Even as adults we can learn Emotional Intelligence Skills including Awareness, Regulation, Co-ordination. We can then learn how to apply these skills to break repeating patterns, release stuck emotions, access internal guidance, and develop better relationships.
In the last year James has spent a great deal of his time training as an Emotional Mastery coach. He lead his first a sold out course this year and is now taking on students for 2022. It's a 18 week course with 4 to 6 hours of content each week. This will include multimedia content, weekly group integration calls, and 8 hours of personalised 1-to-1 coaching.
