NOT REALLY MEATLOAF
You'll Loaf This So Much
MAKES 6 SERVINGS
GLUTEN-FREE (OPTIONAL)
STUFF YOU NEED
1/4 cup potato flour/starch or instant mashed potato flakes mixed with 3/4 cup warm water
1 cup walnuts, finely chopped
1 lb firm tofu, mashed
1 Tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
Use Bragg Coconut Aminos for soy-free option
2 Tbsps extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 cups corn flakes, crushed 1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp Wright’s Liquid Smoke
1 Tbsp beef-like seasoning
LET’S COOK!
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
2. In a sauté pan, sauté onions in water until softened.
3. In a large bowl, mix the sautéd onions together with the remainder of the ingredients and spoon into an oiled loaf pan.
4. Press down. Then, using a spatula, push loaf away from sides of pan.
5. Bake for 1 hour.
