In this clip, I teach Gillian how we make our hyper-nourishing green smoothies that have saved lives all over the world. It's super simple and effective!
This smoothie:
1 lb power greens (mix of kale, spinach, chard etc)
Handful of flaxseeds (or chia seeds)
30-40 oz water (to the level of the greens)
Fill the rest with bananas, mangoes and pineapple to taste.
