Commonwealth leaders have come together for the first time in four years in Rwanda at the 26th Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting - otherwise known as CHOGM.

While climate change will be high on the agenda in the capital Kigali, the host nation's human rights record and the UK government's stalled agreement to send asylum seekers to Rwanda threaten to overshadow the event.
