The Ringling Bros. & Barnum and Bailey Circus is in Baltimore for the last time ever. The 146-year-old circus is pulling up its tent poles for good on May 21, and there's a new twist for its last hurrah. The “Greatest Show on Earth” is on ice. It is a new element that performer Ashley Vargas said has never been done in the circus’ history.
