ocean sailing doesn't always guarantee nice weather or a protected Anchorage. the reality is, sometimes the weather pops up and requires that you drop the hook in an exposed Anchorage where the swell is not aligned with the wind. not only is this extraordinary really uncomfortable, but can sometimes be very dangerous.

if you know how and when to set a swell bridle, you can enjoy a pleasant night while waiting out the weather!
