Hello to a new day! This kundalini yoga kriya is known as the meditation for sunrise, and it's best practiced in the Amrit vela, or pre-sunrise hours of the morning... however, any time of the morning will do! It uses the mantra 'sat nam' to tune us in with our authentic self to begin a new day shining in our true light.
As with all kundalini yoga kriyas please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.
