In Defence Lab, the TRITAC Frame is called the Defence Lab Shapes.

In Keysi Fighting Method, the base frame is called Pensataq.

TRITAC Co-Founders have Black Belts in KFM and Defence Lab - but in TRITAC, Frames are just a small part of our training and just a "tool" in our arsenal. Defence Lab Shapes by Andy Norman are a very creative way to enter in to close quarters combat range, yet in our experience, they tend to focus too much on Defence Lab Shapes.
