Something you may not know is that as part of the Office 365 offering Microsoft has created Stream to give you a central hub for managing and viewing these videos. Microsoft Stream is a cloud-based service much like YouTube or Netflix but for internal use.

If your company is currently using the Office 365 platform you have access to Stream through the online portal. Once you've uploaded videos to your account, anyone in your company can access them from anywhere.
