This film, launched in celebration of the 2022 UN International Biodiversity Day, showcases just a handful of innovative technology and creative fishing practices to support marine biodiversity emerging from research funded by the MSC Ocean Stewardship Fund.
The Marine Stewardship Council is an international non-profit organisation aiming to end overfishing and safeguard seafood supplies for the future. The MSC program sets globally recognised, science-based standards for sustainable fishing and the seafood supply chain. Our vision is an ocean teeming with life.
Scientists, fishers, students and NGOs work together to develop sustainable fishing practices around the world, because they can transform marine environments when they collaborate for a common cause.
