Activist Teesta Setalvad will move the Supreme Court against the Gujarat High Court's order to "surrender immediately" in connection with the alleged fabrication of evidence and tutoring of witnesses in cases related to the 2002 Gujarat riots case. The high court had also rejected her bail plea. An urgent hearing of Setalvad's case is likely to take place at the Supreme Court on Saturday. A bench of Justices AS Oka and Prashant Kumar Mishra will hear the case.
