This video highlights the five best waterfall hikes in the Vancouver, BC area. These waterfalls are in the Metro Vancouver area, fairly close to the city and the trailheads for each are accessible by public transit.
The best time of year to visit some of these waterfalls is during the spring months or after a rainfall when the flow is higher making the waterfalls look more spectacular.
For safety, ensure to stay out of the rivers and creeks, do not venture too close to the edges of the canyons, tell someone where you are hiking, and take the 10 essentials on all of your hikes.
