Driving from the west side of San Jose through the mountains to Santa Cruz. Notice how quickly the weather shifts as we change biomes from sunny clear skies which are synonymous with Californian weather to foggy as we pass the valley mountains and head our way towards the Pacific ocean. The temperature drop was pretty significant as well from 17 degrees C to only 10. Ending the drive at a pier in Santa Cruz with some tasty clam chowder.
