In these two combined clips from the almost forgotten "It Happens Every pring" college professor Ray Milland discovers a formula that repels wood. Testing it first his laboratory with a baseball and a stick, he next tests it out against two members of the college baseball team (look for a very young Alan Hale, Jr, the skipper from Gilligan's Island). Seeing that it works, his next stop is the major leagues. What could possibly go wrong?
