Ingredients
• 1 cup quinoa, cooked ([ Ссылка ])
• 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
• 2 cups baby spinach, chopped
• 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
• 1 tomato, diced
• 1 cucumber, diced
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
• 2 tablespoons almond oil ([ Ссылка ])
• 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger (optional)
• 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt ([ Ссылка ])
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients together.
