A nightmare for Pakistan PM Shehbaz Sharif as the country’s economic conditions are in doldrums. As severe food shortages ravage Pakistan, scuffle and stampedes were witnessed across the country. Inflation in debt-ridden country has jumped to 35.37 pc in March from a year earlier, as per the statistics bureau. Though there’s no respite in sight, the South Asian Nation trying hard to get its economy back on track. Amid this dire situation, PM has accepted that the country’s situation is extremely critical. Highlighting the economic condition, Shehbaz Sharif said that sometimes he is unable to sleep. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif made these remarks while addressing Parliamentary Party meeting. These are tough times. And undoubtedly, sometimes I am unable to sleep thinking of this. We are also humans. But, yes, it is a part of life. The times are critical, but very soon, this will change. I have faith in God,” said Shehbaz Sharif. “Speaking against China is ungrateful,” PM Sharif also slammed Imran Khan for speaking against China. Sharif said that China “smelled conspiracy of making Pakistan a default nation” and helped the country in its tough times. “In the last 4 months, China has given us 2 billion dollars. They smelled a conspiracy of making Pakistan a default nation. We have to return 450 billion PKR to Chinese companies. Any other country would have pulled us to court. Speaking against such a nation is ungrateful,” he added.
