According to No Kid Hungry, family food costs could jump $300 a month during the summer as parents try to feed kids who normally get free meals at schools. Sonseeahray spoke with Youth Services Manager Christie Hamm with the Sacramento Public Library about the library's free meal program happening Tuesdays through Friday.
