March 9 (Bloomberg) --- Since July 2013 four trains carrying Bakken crude from North Dakota have exploded, erupting in massive fireballs and, in one case, killing 47 people. Even though we know what the problems are, the solutions to prevent such accidents are anything but easy. Bloomberg Businessweek's Sam Grobart reports. (Source: Bloomberg)
