Ingredients - 

2 Tbsp (40ml) - Avocado Oil or Olive Oil
2 Tbsp (28g) - Unsalted Butter 
2 - Brown (Yellow) Onions, Thinly Sliced 
400g (14oz) - 80/20 Beef Mince - Makes 4 x 100g Patties
Swiss Cheese Slices 
American Cheddar Slices 
Bread of Choice
Butter to Spread 

Smoky Spiced Mayonnaise - 

1 - Whole Egg or Pasteurised Egg 
3 tsp (15ml) - White Vinegar
1 tsp (10g) - Dijon Mustard 
150ml (5 fl oz) - Vegetable Oil 
2 tsp (20g) - Tomato Ketchup
2 tsp (20g) - Chipotle in Adobo 
2 tsp (20g) - American Mustard 
1 - Pickle Slice, Diced
Seasoning To Taste
