A new lawsuit has emerged following the deadly apartment collapse in Davenport, Iowa. The lawsuit has been filed against several entities including the City of Davenport. John Flynn, who represents the tenant and business owners, said they feel the city “should be held accountable because they failed to protect the public and particularly the tenants in that building. I think that they’re couplable for that action."
