Authorities say Ryan Borgwardt, the Wisconsin father accused of faking his own death, is alive and has sent them a video to prove it. Borgwardt is revealing how he staged a kayaking accident to help him vanish more than three months ago. NBC’s Shaquille Brewster reports for TODAY.
