John Tusting, 32, and Lucian Riviere, 18, were jailed for 10 years and eight years for stealing a 52-year-old's moped in Blackheath, south east London after he was stabbed. The two men, along with another rider who has not been identified, were caught following their 52-year-old victim on his Vespa in October 2015. As the rider turned into a side road at lights towards a residential area the thieves kicked out at his scooter forcing him to stop. A pillion passenger stabbed him, after which they took his Vespa while he tended to his wounds. Tusting and Riviere were both jailed and will be banned from driving for two years after they are released from prison.
