"Elemental Arrow - Ball Lightning now travels at 30–40% speed."
This is an interesting new effect that changes the way Ball Lightning works. Normally, Ball Lightning travels faster and may electrocute each mob once or twice before going too far. With Meticulous Bolts, the Ball Lightning travels slower and may electrocute each mob five to six times on its way!
Also note that when using with Marauder set, Ball Lightning cast by Sentries are also travelling at slower speed.
