Police have issued CCTV of a tattooed robber who held up a Flixton convenience store.

At about 6.40pm on 9 March 2014, the robber entered the One Stop Store on Moorside Road and threatened staff with a knife.

He jumped over the counter, threatened to stab the man behind the counter and ordered him to open the till.

He then fled with a quantity of cash. No-one was hurt in the incident.

Tattoo is black writing possible foreign characters

Detective Constable Andrew Warren, based at Stretford, said: "I now want people to take a close look at the footage.

"You can clearly see a really distinctive tattoo on the robber's left arm. Anyone who knows him would recognise it so, please, if you know who this man is then call us."
