Embattled IEBC CEO Ezra Chiloba says he will defy commission chairman Wafula Chebukati’s directive suspending him, and return to his office on Tuesday, as ordered by employment and labour relations court. Sources close to Chiloba disclosed that he would contest what he termed a blatant disregard for court orders by Chebukati, setting the stage for a fresh clash between the duo.
