In this video I offer 3 super simple mobility drills that will improve pitching velocity quickly. Having good mobility is a huge part of pitching. Without proper range of motion you will not be able to generate and transfer enough energy through your kinetic chain because your kinetic chain will be compromised by lack of mobility. Therefore it is important to maintain mobility for pitching performance. I show you a few simple exercises you can do with a pvc pipe that will help you solve this puzzle of pitching faster and improving pitching velocity!
