For more than 25 years, Erik Ipsen has been the head of R&D at Knauf in Denmark. He has built up the design and acoustic profile of the Knauf Danoline portfolio as it is today. Erik has a professional background as a boat builder and architect, and has a strong passion for furniture design. As a member of the European, Swedish and Danish acoustic standardization committees, Erik has played a major role in moving the acoustic requirements towards a more holistic, in-situ approach.
