This video demonstrates how to enable keyless remote on your 2008-2011 CVPI. Basically, you need to use Forscan to update the value in the first column of the A08 Row inside the DDM Configuration As Built. Mine was 2815 and I updated it to 2915. If your value is different, you will need to convert it to binary using a hex to binary converter. From there, make the eighth digit a 1 and convert that binary number to hex value. If that doesn’t work, you may need to search on the code you have and determine what the recommendation is from others with the same value. Below are links to forscan and the products I used.
