I make a grain free, gluten free, dairy free paleo sandwich bread!
The blog where I found this recipe is no longer up. Here's the recipe:
Recipe:
1.5 Cups Almond Butter
2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
5 Eggs
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp water
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Preheat oven to 300 Degrees F
Whisk eggs until frothy.
Add apple cider vinegar and mix.
Add almond butter and mix well.
Add olive oil and mix.
Batter should be pourable like a pancake batter.
Add water only if you feel the batter is too thick.
Add salt and baking soda and mix well.
Pour into loaf pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
