Gingerbread Protein Ice Cream 🏠🍪🍦
Macros (entire pint):
284 cals, 25P, 32.5C, 6.5F
Ingredients:
-200ml @fairlife skim milk
-200ml unsweetened almond milk
-15g @pescience snickerdoodle protein powder (Discount code FIT15)
-1g xanthan gum
-4g Jell-O fat free vanilla pudding mix
-15g @lakanto brown Monkfruit
-15g fancy molasses
-2g cinnamon
-1g nutmeg
-1g ginger
-2 mini ShaSha gingerbread cookies (about 10g)
-5g biscoff drizzle
Directions:
-Add all the ingredients except the last two into the container and shake to combine, then freeze for 24 hours
-Prepare ice cream according to Ninja Creami instructions. I used the “light ice cream” setting first
-Pour a tbsp of unsweetened almond milk into the ice cream, then add the gingerbread men, then select the “mix-in” setting
-Top with biscoff drizzle
-Grab a spoon and dig in 🥄🫶
