Hello there! Cam Buchan here, in this episode I take you through a beginner rowing machine workout to help you get the best out of yourself on the rowing machine. This beginner workout on the rowing machine should not be too intense. We are practicing our rowing machine technique while we go through this 20 minute workout. The rowing machine workout will be split into 2 minute segments where we perform a rowing machine drill to make sure we are performing the right rowing machine technique throughout the whole rowing machine workout. I coach you through the entire rowing machine workout and hope that it all seems clear. This workout is similar to the dark horse rowing perfect beginner workout which you can follow. I try to incorporate more rowing machine coaching throughout the rowing machine workout. If you have the time, this rowing machine workout can be done every day. It really does help cement the correct rowing machine technique so that when you are doing harder rowing machine workouts your rowing machine technique stays solid and you are able to go as fast as possible.
