Kangana Ranaut's excitement after winning the National Award was not taken well by the netizens and the celebrities as she received mixed responses. Only a few celebrities congratulated her for her achievement and some netizens questioned her achievement. The Best actor (male) award is shared by Manoj Bajpayee for his film Bhonsle and Dhanush for his film Asuran. Vijay Sethupathi won the best actor in supporting role for his film Super Deluxe while best actress in the supporting role was won by Pallavi Joshi for her film The Tashkent Files. Kangana Ranaut was asked about national award by the paparazzi when she was spotted at the airport and she said she is more happy for Sushant as Chhichhore won the best Hindi film award.
