Nigeria and South Africa have agreed to set up an early warning unit to ensure that xenophobic attacks are prevented before they escalate. This ermeged out of a meeting held by the two countries's international relations ministers. The meeting addressed tensions resulting from a recent spate of attacks against foreigners. The attacks occurred in parts of Johannesburg and Pretoria. CTGN's Yolisa Njamela has more.
