Fingers Fish
Ingredients:
Boneless fish 1 kg
All-purpose flour 1/2 cup
Eggs 2
Mustard paste 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 2 tbsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Bread crumbs as required
Oil (for frying) as required
Directions:
1. Take the fish cut it into finger shape.
2. Transfer it into a bowl and add flour, egg, mustard paste, red chili powder, garlic powder, salt, lemon juice and mix it well.
3. Now coat this marinated fish in bread crumbs.
4. Deep fry it until crispy and golden brown. Your Finger Fish is ready. Serve and enjoy.
