Something I’ve used for a while, here is my review of the Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil. This comes in a very easily useable bottle that sprays it on your body without making too much of a mess. This is something similar to taking like an Epsom salt bath to get the magnesium soaking to your skin but this is a little bit more concentrated than that. Electrolytes are important for the body, and magnesium is my favourite one
